Our history
Six generations of craftsmen, experts in the forging of hand and forestry tools: this is the origin of the industrial activity of Commendator Giacomo Valsecchi, started in the second half of the last century and then continued up to the present day by the work of his son Pierangelo and his nephew Giacomo.
Inginera was born to be the collector of the various production processes of hot and cold metal forming, offering the customer a single point of contact, from the feasibility study to the industrialization of mechanical components.
Inginera’s production processes, which differ in technology, size and capacity, all have a fundamental principle: to obtain complex geometric shapes by forming and compacting, without interrupting the original lamination fibers of the raw materials. This gives the metal component an increase in mechanical properties, with a reduction in masses and mechanical finishing processes.
To better respond to the increasingly specific demand of the mechanical sector and deliver a superior quality finished product to the customer, Inginera concentrates its activity in open and closed die forging for components from 0.200Kg to 25kg in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and super alloys. Furthermore, the company is autonomous as regards the design and construction of its production tooling and integrates specific professional figures to complete its company organization.
