METALWORKING CRAFTSMEN FOR 6 GENERATIONS
Who we are
Hot and cold forging specialists
From the craftsmanship since the early 19th century of fine flash forging of blades and tools, through six generations of Valsecchi (nicknamed Canlord), today Inginera continues the hot&cold precision forging of steels and non-ferrous alloys in the automotive and aerospace sectors, military and civil, construction, medical, agricultural, food and many others.
From feasibility study to mass production
Six generations of craftsmen skilled in forging hand and forestry tools were the industrial activity origin of Commendatore Giacomo Valsecchi in the second half of the last century, which has continued to this day thanks to his son Pierangelo and grandson Giacomo.
Inginera, was created to coordinate and make available a practical and quick response to the needs of the technical and design offices as a collector of the various hot and cold metal forming production processes, offering the customer assistance from the feasibility study to the industrialization of mechanical components on customer’s project or drawing.
Inginera brings together different processes in terms of technology, size and capacity united by a fundamental principle: obtaining complex geometric shapes, forming and compacting without interruption the original lamination fibers of the raw materials and refining the grain structure, giving the part an increase in mechanical properties, the resistant section optimization up to 30% for the same mass and less mechanical finishing processes needed.
In order to better respond to the demand of a market increasingly led to the production of products for the mechanical sector and allow the customer to acquire the finished product thanks to the network of external partners established in previous years, Inginera concentrates its activity in open/closed die forging for components from 0.200Kg to 25kg in carbon steel, alloys and stainless superalloys, becoming autonomous for the design and construction of its production equipment and integrating specific professional figures to complete its business organization.
